We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our email list to be notified.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have concerns.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and around your property. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
